Accurate Insulation is hiring a full-time Insulation Installer to load and track materials, set up ladders or scaffolding, and install loose-fill or foam insulation in walls, ceilings, attics, and crawlspaces. The role requires reliable transportation, hand-tool use, physical work in tight spaces and at heights, and a driver’s license when operating a company vehicle. Training is provided, with pay of $17–$20 per hour during training followed by competitive piece-rate pay, plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
