Builders Installed Products of VT is hiring a full-time Insulation Installer to load materials, set up ladders and scaffolding, and install loose-fill or foam insulation in walls, ceilings, attics, and crawlspaces. The role also involves caulking, driving a company vehicle when needed, following safety procedures, and working in varied conditions. Training is provided, with starting pay of $20 per hour for non-DOT workers and $25 per hour for DOT-certified workers, transitioning to piece-rate pay after 90 days.
