Description
The Insulation Installer will professionally install fiberglass or rock wool batts in exterior walls, ceilings, attics, and crawlspaces. Responsibilities include loading and logging materials, erecting scaffolding or ladders, cutting and installing insulation, operating stapling, gluing, wiring, nailing, and loose-fill or foamed-insulation equipment, and following vehicle and job-site safety requirements. The role requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders and scaffolding, and work in confined spaces; installation experience and bilingual ability are advantages. The schedule is Monday through Friday and Saturday, with piece-rate pay of $17.00 to $20.00 and medical, dental, and vision coverage among the benefits.
