Description
AAA Washington is hiring an Insurance Agent to prospect for and sell home, auto, and life insurance products for AAA members and customers, including AAA Insurance and other carriers. The role requires onsite work at the headquarters in Factoria, Bellevue, five days per week until productivity goals are met, with hybrid or remote work potentially available afterward. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of sales or sales-management experience or one year of insurance-agency experience, and the ability to obtain a Washington State Property & Casualty and Life & Disability insurance license. The position pays $25.30-$30.35 per hour plus sales incentives and includes medical, vision, dental, prescription drug, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
