Kemper is hiring a full-time Life Insurance Sales Agent in Birmingham, Alabama for a field role. The agent will be assigned a territory and existing book of business, conduct sales presentations and prospecting, collect premiums, maintain customer relationships, respond to service requests, and process policy paperwork. New unlicensed agents receive paid training and guidance to prepare for licensing exams; once licensed, the agent earns a percentage of collected premiums and commissions on new sales.
