Description
The employer is hiring a full-time Insurance Claims Handler to receive and process insurance claims by phone and electronically, primarily damage claims. The role involves supporting private customers, insurers, property management companies, partner workshops, and tradespeople; coordinating information; documenting claims files; and assisting with office administration. No prior claims-handling experience is required, but German language skills at least at B2, accuracy, organization, communication, computer skills, and a willingness to learn are needed. The position is based in Vienna, offers one day of home office per week, and pays €2,173.58 to €2,879.61 gross per month.
