The Financial Services Coach will guide apprentices through an insurance apprenticeship, conducting skills assessments, delivering induction and group training, supporting workplace learning, monitoring progress against apprenticeship standards, preparing learners for End Point Assessment, and collaborating with line managers and employer stakeholders. The role requires an Advanced Diploma in Insurance, relevant coaching or insurance experience, functional skills in maths and English, strong communication and administrative abilities, and a commitment to professional development.
