Alpha Financial Markets Consulting is hiring for a Paris-based consulting role within its Insurance practice, focused on leading client missions and projects across operating model transformation, digital transformation, compliance, ESG finance, data strategy, M&A support, actuarial science, IT strategy, and change management. The role requires 5 to 8 years of experience in consulting, audit, insurtech, or with a major insurer, strong finance/IT/ESG/data expertise, fluency in English and French, office software proficiency, and the ability to manage and mentor junior team members. Compensation includes a base salary of 70K plus variable profit sharing and benefits such as health insurance, life insurance, transport reimbursement, and meal support.
