Talan is recruiting an Insurance Consultant to support clients across the insurance value chain, including motor, P&C, health, protection, savings, and mortgage/lending protection. The role focuses on AI-driven business-process redesign, omnichannel customer journeys, technology and service partnerships, change management, complex strategic programs, regulatory and climate challenges, risk and fraud management, and responsible product development. Candidates should have a degree from a business, engineering, or university school, at least two years of consulting experience, leadership and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. The position is based in Paris with telework up to three days per week and includes health insurance coverage starting at 80%.
