AOM Infusion is hiring an Insurance Coordinator to verify patient insurance coverage, obtain and track authorizations and reauthorizations, coordinate with pharmacy, nursing, billing, and insurance carriers, complete specialty pharmacy data entry, prepare patient documentation, counsel patients on financial responsibility, and assist with upfront collections. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2 to 4 years of insurance reimbursement experience, 1 to 2 years of home care or home infusion reimbursement experience, knowledge of insurance plans, strong communication and organizational skills, and computer literacy.
