The role is based in a work-from-home environment for residents of Idaho, Wyoming, and Montana, with a base hourly wage of $14 to $17 plus performance bonuses, and requires at least 6 months of customer service experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, computer experience, and a reliable internet connection and headset/device setup.
