Kubicki Draper is hiring an Associate Attorney in its Tampa office to handle insurance defense litigation, particularly third-party bodily injury and substantial personal injury claims such as automobile accidents, traumatic brain injuries, significant property or business injuries, and wrongful death. The role requires at least two years of insurance defense experience, Florida Bar licensure in good standing, strong legal research, writing, oral advocacy, organization, communication, and client-service skills, plus proficiency with Microsoft Word, Office, PowerPoint, and Excel. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing pleadings and motions, responding to discovery, driving motions, and communicating effectively with clients and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
