Description
The Insurance Reporting Analyst supports the finance function by preparing and validating monthly product-level financial reports, performing variance analysis on premium, loss, and expense metrics, reconciling data across underwriting, claims, and accounting systems, and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements. The role also documents data definitions and calculation logic, identifies reporting inefficiencies, and supports implementation of new systems and governance frameworks. Candidates need P&C insurance accounting knowledge, data validation and reporting proficiency, and hands-on experience with insurance systems; an associate's degree and 2–5 years of relevant experience are preferred.
