AAA Oregon/Idaho is hiring an Insurance Sales Coach to support its Insurance Professionals by developing new and existing agent sales performance, maintaining business quality, and helping agents meet organizational goals. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, Property and Casualty Insurance licensure, at least two years of insurance or similar industry experience, sales training and coaching experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, database systems, and online training tools.
