Description
Farmers Insurance is seeking 2–3 Sales Insurance Producers to generate leads, build customer relationships, and sell home, auto, life, commercial, and other insurance products. The role includes direct customer support, on-the-job training, and potential remote work opportunities for successful applicants. Candidates should be self-motivated, customer-focused, coachable, and willing to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses; prior experience is not required. Compensation includes a competitive commission structure, base pay, incentives, and a flexible schedule.
