Description
The role supports Rain and Hail’s agricultural insurance business by assisting with marketing and sales, developing relationships with agency plants, training agents, managing assigned territories, resolving agent and insured complaints, monitoring quality-control audits, identifying independent adjusters, and assisting with crop-loss claims. It requires knowledge of agricultural products, underwriting and claim-adjustment rules, Rain and Hail systems, and the ability to recruit and train agents. A baccalaureate degree in Agricultural Business or a related field and 1–3 years of experience are required, along with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
