Meduit is hiring a remote Insurance Specialist - Prior Authorization to resolve insurance processing errors and denials, manage claims inventory, obtain referrals and pre-authorizations, verify eligibility and benefits, and support patient and payer communication. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of denials management and medical billing or follow-up experience, Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer experience, workers' compensation pre-access experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Compensation is $18–$21 per hour base, with paid training, medical, dental, and vision insurance, HSA and FSA, retirement matching, and other benefits.
