Insurance Verification Representative (Registration Representative) at Novir

Novir is hiring a seasonal Insurance Verification Representative (Registration Representative) to support patient intake, registration, referral management, insurance verification, prior authorization, medical billing, claim follow-up, and vaccination-service billing. The role is onsite from August through January, with possible Monday-Friday hours from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and occasional weekend work. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, customer service experience, registration and insurance verification knowledge, communication and data-entry skills, and attention to detail; healthcare billing, EHR, and coding experience are preferred.
