Description
The Product Intake Specialist supports GOAT Group’s Operations team by receiving and verifying mail-in and dropped-off consignment for GOAT and Flight Club, recording submissions, troubleshooting issues, communicating discrepancies, assisting with inventory and fulfillment, and training intake staff. The role requires availability for full-time hours Monday through Friday, extended hours during crunch times, strong communication, Microsoft Office and Google Suite proficiency, and the ability to lift boxes up to 35 pounds; sneaker knowledge is a plus.
