Description
The Intake Coordinator will serve as the first contact for new referrals, screen candidates for possible admission, coordinate clinician caseloads and discharge follow-up, maintain census, support case management, and act as a community liaison. The role also provides direct care and management of the patient population, facilitates therapeutic groups, documents patient progress, and transports patients. It requires a bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field, at least one year of children’s mental health services experience, and offers a starting salary of $48,000 ($23 per hour) with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement benefits.
