The Intake Coordinator manages initial registration for new mental health clients, reviews referrals, screens for service appropriateness, verifies insurance and prior authorizations, completes medical histories and documentation, assigns cases, connects clients to community resources, and provides urgent phone support. The role is onsite in Chicago, Monday through Friday from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and requires a bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field, with a high school diploma potentially acceptable depending on experience.
