Description
The Intake Manager - Bridge oversees the initial intake and diversion process for Denver Rescue Mission’s Bridge program, which serves individuals experiencing homelessness. The role manages assessments, referrals, data entry in SCRIBE and HMIS, participant education, and coordination with community partners and internal departments. It also supervises the Intake - Bridge team, supports recruiting and onboarding, and handles scheduling, conflict resolution, and performance reviews. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in human services or equivalent experience, case management or related homelessness experience, HMIS knowledge, Microsoft 365 proficiency, and the ability to work variable shelter hours.
