MAHUBE-OTWA is hiring a full-time Intake Navigator for its Housing program in Mahnomen, Minnesota. The role processes phone calls and walk-ins, schedules appointments, completes intakes, processes applications and paperwork, and provides services to clients and households. Applicants need strong organizational, clerical, data-entry, computer, communication, and customer-service skills; a high school diploma or GED, technical or vocational certificate, and 1–3 years of related clerical experience are required, along with a valid driver’s license, background clearance, and the ability to travel within the agency service area.
