Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 3 to 5 years of healthcare management experience, preferably in home health care operations.
Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in health care or related field
Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel
Ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community
Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations, ACHC standards and private payer practices
Good communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills
Autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility, and cooperation
