KabaFusion is hiring an Intake Representative to process referrals and enroll patients receiving acute home-infusion therapies, including TPN, IV antibiotics, and inotropic medications. The role handles referral data, insurance verification, eligibility and authorizations, start-of-care paperwork, and patient communication. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, knowledge of HCPC, ICD-10, and CPT codes, and at least two years of intake experience involving eligibility and authorization.
