Description
The Intake Specialist supports the end-to-end intake and enrollment process for prospective applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy clients. The role receives and logs referrals, verifies insurance eligibility and benefits, gathers documentation, supports prior authorization and re-authorization workflows, communicates with families and referral sources, maintains accurate intake records, audits cases, prepares status reports, and coordinates handoffs with billing, clinical, and scheduling teams while following HIPAA requirements. The position is remote and requires a dedicated home-office setup, reliable primary and backup internet, compatible primary and backup devices, webcam, headset, and smartphone.
