Description
The Garza Law Firm’s Intake Specialist serves as the primary initial contact for potential clients, evaluates case eligibility, schedules appointments, coordinates attorneys, follows up on leads, and provides phone and reception coverage. The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, critical thinking, Microsoft 365 familiarity, and at least 1–2 years of legal-intake experience; preferred qualifications include contact-center or customer-service experience and fluent Spanish. The position does not supervise employees and does not involve practicing law or providing legal advice.
