Description
The Integrated Behavioral Health Provider - Women's Health delivers continuing behavioral health treatment and medical support to Primary Health Solutions patients, with a focus on culturally competent care for underserved populations. The role provides clinical assessments, treatment and care coordination, behavioral interventions, crisis intervention, referrals, discharge planning, patient education, medical recordkeeping, and administrative and quality-improvement activities. It reports to the CCO, has no direct reports, and requires a master's degree in social work or clinical mental health counseling, an approved program, Ohio licensure, and two years of experience with indigent populations and community-based programs is preferred.
