Description
The Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Lead at JDE Peet's is a key role within the Supply Chain organization, supporting the Marketing & Sales Unit (MSU). This role is responsible for leading the IBP process, ensuring cross-functional alignment on demand outlooks, and facilitating business decisions based on comparing actual and planned outlooks against goals and financial targets. The IBP Lead will manage monthly and weekly IBP cycles, analyze volume dynamics, identify risks and opportunities, and act as a business partner to improve demand forecasts and service levels. They will also anticipate capacity constraints, promote best practices, lead local implementation of improvement projects, and coordinate the Supply Chain Operating System (SCOS) program.
