CarePartners is looking for an Integrated Clinical Specialist in Infusion Therapy and Medication Management to lead and advance their Infusion Therapy program, focusing on vascular access device management and medication management. This role involves providing expert nursing care, guiding clinical teams, shaping best practices, collaborating with internal and external partners, and serving as a subject matter expert in skill development. The specialist will also contribute to advancing standards of care, building capability and education, participating in research and policy, and managing special projects. Occasional travel across Ontario and in-office attendance at the Waterloo, Ontario location are required.
