Mortenson is hiring Construction Coordinators for Integrated Construction Coordinator I and II roles in Omaha and Lincoln, Nebraska. The position supports construction projects by organizing punch lists, inventory, work plans, invoices, and billing; training project administrators and clerks; maintaining records and document controls; performing field quality and safety inspections; documenting plan and specification conformance; and recommending solutions. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, strong Microsoft Office and internet skills, construction-management software adaptability, communication and multitasking abilities, and the ability to travel up to 100%. The I role pays $76,600–$95,800 and the II role pays $89,500–$120,800 in base pay, with higher ranges for additional office locations. Visa sponsorship is not offered.
