Description
The employer is hiring a permanent full-time Integrated Control Center Manager to lead and manage the ILS across its Ladenburg and Heidelberg operating sites. The role oversees control-center operations, approximately 65 employees, budgeting and financial planning, stakeholder coordination, project management, quality and compliance, and reporting to the steering committee. Candidates need a relevant degree or Higher Fire Service Technical Service eligibility, several years of leadership experience, experience in rescue services, fire service, and control centers, a class B driver’s license, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. The position offers performance-based remuneration up to E15 TVöD VKA and a supplementary retirement pension scheme.
