Description
The Integrated English Language Education and Training Lead will design and improve English language curricula, ensure compliance with JCCC, state, and federal requirements, coach and observe instructors, teach EL classes, evaluate student placement scores, support student needs, and assist with policies, special projects, marketing, fundraising, and community engagement. The role is full-time and salaried in West Park, with a Monday–Thursday 12:00–9:00 and Friday 8:00–5:00 schedule, and no hybrid option. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of adult English-language teaching experience, plus 2+ years of curriculum experience; the starting salary range is $49,452 to $63,985.
