Description
Archaea Energy is hiring an Integrated Facility Manager to provide technical leadership for the safe, compliant, reliable, and efficient operation of a landfill gas-to-renewable natural gas plant and wellfield. The role oversees plant and wellfield operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, instrumentation, control systems, safety, compliance, staffing, training, performance management, emergency response, and operational reporting. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field or equivalent experience, at least four years of management or leadership experience, and prior landfill gas or gas-processing experience. The position offers a base salary of $103,000–$115,000, health, vision, and dental insurance, paid vacation, holidays, and other benefits, with up to 50% travel and no remote or relocation eligibility.
