Description
Proxima Fusion is hiring an Integrated Master Schedule Manager to build and govern the Integrated Master Schedule for its Alpha fusion demonstrator. The role will define scheduling architecture, consolidate schedules across infrastructure, plant suppliers, manufacturing, and machine engineering, maintain critical-path and lookahead analysis, support release-gate decisions and PMO governance, and provide schedule risk insights to programme leadership. Candidates should have experience with integrated schedule management on major capital programmes, be proficient with large-scale scheduling tools, and be comfortable working autonomously in a complex, multi-discipline environment.
