The role leads schedule baselines, integrates functional plans, supports EVMS and schedule forecasting, analyzes variances and recovery scenarios, facilitates baseline reviews and audits, and mentors functional teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least four years of scheduling experience on large aerospace or defense engineering development programs, with aerospace and aircraft-interior experience preferred. The expected Washington, D.C. area salary is $90,000–$124,000, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) match.
