Description
CACI is hiring a full-time Integrated Operations (IO) Bridge Analyst for a Panama day-shift role. The position supports customers by monitoring and managing enterprise services, coordinating incidents and maintenance, providing situational awareness, preparing reports and briefings, and assisting with ITIL governance and technical troubleshooting. It requires an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, a current Security+ or DoD 8140 IAT certification, ITIL 4 certification or the ability to obtain it within 90 days, and at least five years of experience maintaining IT infrastructure and services. The role follows a 12-hour 0600–1800 shift schedule and offers a proposed salary range of $70,800 to $148,600.
