Google is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead Alphabet's integrated infrastructure planning execution across a 0–10 year horizon. The role owns the monthly LRDP operating cadence, aligns product, engineering, supply chain, finance, and executive leadership, and builds governance, decision forums, workflows, and planning tooling to improve infrastructure investment decisions. The position requires a technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and extensive experience in technical program management, infrastructure planning, cross-functional program leadership, executive planning, and organizational influence.
