Description

Lockheed Martin is hiring a Sr Staff Integrated Program Planner to support the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) Program and other Strategic Missile Defense Programs in Huntsville, Alabama. The role develops and maintains integrated master schedules, integrates them with program plans and other schedules, performs critical-path and schedule-risk analyses, supports proposal planning, and presents schedule information to internal and external customers. Candidates need 10–15 years of program planning experience, experience with program-planning tools and Earned Value Management, and must be a United States citizen able to obtain a Secret security clearance. The full-time salary range is $109,700 to $203,700, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 10–15 years of program planning experience
Experience developing integrated master schedules with IMP, SOW, and WBS traceability

Experience briefing internal and external customers on complex issues
Preferred Qualifications: Active Secret security clearance
13+ years of experience in planning or program management
Exposure to network scheduling tools such as MS Project, Open Plan, or Primavera
Critical Path Scheduling methodology
Integrated Master Plan knowledge
Advanced Excel with macros, lookup tables, and VBA
