Description

The Program Scheduler develops and integrates master schedules, critical-path and schedule-risk analyses, cost and schedule performance metrics, commitments, and planning artifacts for aerospace programs. The role partners with program management, senior management, and customers; supports solicitation responses; and requires at least three years of relevant experience, including network scheduling, Earned Value Management, IMS/IMP/PSMS, resource-loaded schedules, and schedule-networking tools.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
Experience developing and maintaining network schedules, including status updates, integrity checks, critical-path analysis, schedule-risk analysis, and performance metrics
Experience developing, maintaining, integrating, and analyzing IMS, IMP, and PSMS artifacts
Experience delivering project briefings to internal and external customers
Experience with Earned Value Management and cost-schedule integration
Experience with a schedule-networking tool such as Open Plan, Primavera, or MS Project
Experience with resource-loaded schedules
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Qualifications: Strong influencing and relationship management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of an integrated team
Strong Microsoft Excel skills with pivot tables and macros
Strong written and verbal communication skills
