Lockheed Martin is hiring a Program Planner for its 1LMX Planning Team in Fort Worth, Texas. The role supports program execution and performance through schedule development, baseline and variance analysis, Earned Value Management, critical-path analysis, cost and schedule integration, risk assessment, and coordination across engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, and production. The position is primarily remote with more than 50% of work performed from home and occasional on-site visits, and requires a bachelor’s degree, relevant program-planning and Earned Value Management experience, and familiarity with scheduling tools such as Deltek OpenPlan, Primavera, or Microsoft Project.
