Description
The Program Planning & Integration Manager leads program planning and schedule management from inception through completion, integrating schedules, costs, risks, opportunities, and program artifacts. The role partners with program and senior management, the customer, and program management; leads the planning team; coordinates recruitment, selection, training, performance, assignments, compensation, and recognition; and supports schedule risk assessments, predictive analyses, critical-path verification, and performance metrics. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, Microsoft Office experience, Earned Value Management experience, cross-functional leadership experience, stakeholder presentation experience, and prior experience with Deltek OpenPlan, Primavera, Microsoft Project, or a similar tool. The full-time salary range is $123,400 to $229,200, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
