Lockheed Martin is hiring a full-time Demand Management and Material Requirements Planning Manager for the Fleet Ballistic Missile program. The role leads Demand Management and MRP activities, directs a team of planners, manages staffing and budget plans, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, and supports planning across multiple FBM sites. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, cross-functional leadership experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, material or manufacturing planning knowledge, United States citizenship, and the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance. The position offers a full-time salary range of $109,700 to $203,700 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
