Description
CAE is hiring a senior defense-training leadership role responsible for defining and developing fully integrated training solutions from early customer engagement through proposal development and contract award. The role leads training system integration, curriculum design, task and needs analysis, solution reviews, cost estimates, risk mitigation, and matrix teams supporting major defense programs. It requires at least 15 years of related industry or military experience, 10 years of defense-sector training development or delivery experience, relevant post-secondary education, and the ability to obtain Canadian and NATO Secret security clearances. The position offers a hybrid work model and international travel of up to approximately 20%.
