Baker Hughes is seeking an Integrated Solutions Well Engineer – Completions/Workover to deliver end-to-end well engineering support focusing on completions and well intervention. The role involves preparing well designs, supporting tendering, developing detailed well programs, utilizing VCDSE, defining technical services, monitoring progress, ensuring compliance, engaging with customers, tracking KPIs, supporting RCA investigations, preparing technical documentation, managing data, and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering, with over five years of experience in completions, workover, or well intervention, and proficiency in VCDSE.
