Tomelilla Municipality is hiring one Integration Advisor for a project-based, fixed-term position ending 2027-12-31, with possible extension. The role coordinates the reception and settlement of newly arrived people, supports access to public services and government agencies, develops inter-agency and stakeholder collaboration, and plans and follows up on integration projects. Applicants need relevant higher education or equivalent education, experience with integration or labor-market issues, knowledge of municipal and public-sector operations, collaboration experience, strong organizational and communication skills in Swedish, and a driver’s license. The position is offered on the condition that it does not need to be filled by an existing employee or a person with priority rights.
