Cin7 is hiring a client-facing EDI/3PL Connection Specialist to troubleshoot and debug connection lifecycles, manage dependencies, deliver medium- to large-sized customer projects, validate compliance, and resolve escalated issues. The role requires tertiary education, at least three years of client-facing experience, knowledge of supply chain and inventory technologies, SQL, HTML, CSS, and web applications, along with strong problem-solving, customer service, communication, and change-management skills. The position offers a hybrid work environment and work-from-anywhere flexibility for 30 days in a six-month period.
