Takeda is hiring a full-time Integration Analyst, Associate Director, for its Oncology Business Unit Data, Digital & Technology organization in Boston, Massachusetts. The role bridges business stakeholders, internal data and technology teams, and external vendors to define, govern, and enable data-driven integrations supporting patient services, medical, and access capabilities. Responsibilities include requirements management, data mapping and transformations, integration testing, vendor onboarding, cross-functional alignment, and optimization of data flows across enterprise platforms and healthcare ecosystems. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least 10 years of data analyst or related experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology, and expertise in enterprise data platforms, APIs, Salesforce, and Agile delivery. It is classified as hybrid and offers a U.S. base salary range of $154,400 to $242,550.
