Description
WEX is hiring an Integration Analyst BPO to own and coordinate client and partner data integration projects from setup through testing and completion. The role manages file builds, testing, specifications, timelines, documentation, conversion plans, issue escalation, stakeholder communication, and customer education while maintaining security and HIPAA policies. It also supports sales and other teams, mentors peers, improves integration processes, and handles file imports and error communications. The position requires Google Workspace proficiency, project and client-facing experience, strong communication, organization, problem-solving, time management, and the ability to manage multiple integrations in a fast-paced environment.
