L3Harris is hiring an Integration and Test Engineer in Palm Bay, Florida, to lead hardware integration and production test activities for space programs. The role covers subassembly- and system-level builds, mechanical integration work instructions, manufacturing and test plans, cost estimation, process improvement, environmental and functional testing, validation, technician leadership, root-cause analysis, and integration event management. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree with at least four years of relevant experience, a graduate degree with at least two years of related experience, or ten years of experience without a degree, plus the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
